Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 36 stores and 3 distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our Surrey team.

The Shipper/Receiver is responsible to ensure product is moved in and out of the warehouse accurately according to customer orders and shipment paperwork. Hours of work vary depending on customer demand.

Responsibilities
• Receive product
• Ship product
• Count/inspect shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain work orders
• Clean/maintain warehouse

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Forklift licence an asset
• Experience with shipping/receiving in a warehouse environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail

We have 36 locations across the country and are growing every year….with us, you will find not a job, but a career. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for British Columbia.

Based in the Surrey area - the Business Development Manager is responsible for creating and managing customer accounts with fleet customers in the assigned business region. The Business Development Manager maintains strong customer relationships by problem solving, providing knowledge and assistance, and making regular visits to the customer location.

Responsibilities
• Visit new and existing fleet customers at their place of business
• Provide quotes and other information to new and existing customers
• Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets for the assigned territory
• Ensure consistent, ongoing communication with the stores within your region
• Complete and submit weekly sales activity reports
• Attend and participate in trade shows
• Travel as required regularly within British Columbia as well as other areas of the country on occasion

Qualifications
• Community College Diploma, preferably in sales or automotive
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience along with extensive knowledge of and a passion for the automotive industry
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
