We have an immediate opening for a Live Chat Specialist.  This position consists of receiving and promptly responding to inbound customer inquiries through our online channels.

Essential Job Duties:

  • - Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
  • - Promptly respond to customer inquiries and support requests via live chat, emails and other channels
  • - Interact with various departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of service

 

Essential Skills:

  • - Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written (English & French)
  • - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
  • - Be an organized and motivated self- starter with a selfless attitude
  • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively with a high sense of urgency
  • - Work under pressure comfortably
  • - Automotive parts and accessories knowledge is an asset

eCommerce Order Specialist - Moncton Order Desk 20-12EW

We have an immediate opening for an eCommerce Order Specialist.  This position consists of collecting and processing online orders from our consumer websites as well as handling online customer inquiries.

  • - Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
  • - Collect and process online orders from our consumer websites
  • - Interact with various departments to resolve customer inquiries
  • - Coordinate product returns and refunds
  • - Keep customers informed of shipment tracking, anticipated delays and any additional information needed in a timely manner

 

Essential Skills:

  • - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
  • - Be an organized and motivated self- starter with a selfless attitude
  • - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively with a high sense of urgency

This is a full-time position for Sunday to Thursday coverage
