We are currently seeking a Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator to join our team! The Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for designing corporate print & electronic marketing materials, as well as creating cohesive campaigns across all social media channels supporting business growth.

Working within the marketing team, the ideal candidate will be an all-in-one content marketer who is an engaged and connected communicator interacting with social audiences while being a versatile self-starter.

This full-time position is based in Moncton, NB and requires graphic design experience and the ability to manage all social media platforms increasing followers/ subscribers and overall engagement.


• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to develop content for our company websites, intranet, email marketing, social media, private label branding and printed marketing materials
• Create and produce JPEGs, PDFs, EPS, and other high-resolution design elements
• Perform basic maintenance and updates to existing web sites, intranets, extranets, etc. as required
• Coordinate and maintain a library of graphics, media, digital records and other corporate content
• Update and manage social media content
• Create, schedule and target ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms
• Assist the marketing team in deploying ongoing promotional initiatives
• Monitor social media customer reviews and respond accordingly


• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design and social media experience (portfolio required)
• Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other similar software
• Demonstrated knowledge of all popular social media platforms
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to understand what targeted ad content is performing and why

Essential Job Duties:
• Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
• Know your performance objectives. Know current performance vs. budget
• Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products
• Customer Management: Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess their inventory needs.
• Processes orders – performs order entry (orders called in or received online), reviews orders for correct handling, pricing, quantities and shipping data
• Look for opportunities for up-selling and price negotiation
• Keep customers informed of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer
• Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
• Answer all inbound calls routed to your phone
• Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to communicate effectively with others and be a team-player. Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends
• Must have the ability to work in a Call Center environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Must be able to work under pressure comfortably
• Bilingualism considered an asset
