We have a team of Inside Sales Professionals, we call them Accessory Specialist, that manage incoming sales opportunities from across the country. With a wide range of products and services to offer, this could be a new and exciting career opportunity for you with potential growth opportunities.

Essential Job Duties:
- Provide the Right Customer Experience to all customers
- Be able to process orders over the phone, take deposits and do transfers when necessary
- Be a quick learner to be able to understand and sell after-market accessories
- Be sales orientated by knowing the product and asking for the sale
- Be a team player that works well with others to achieve a team sales target
- Look for opportunities for up-selling
- Advises customer on substitution or modification of part when part requested is not available.
- Attention to detail is necessary.
- Must be able to work in a call center environment doing inbound customer service over the phone.
- Experience in parts or automotive is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism considered an asset.

If you have experience in the automotive field or a deep passion for it, you could be our newest Accessory Specialist. To be a perfect fit for this position, you will have excellent customer service and team work skills.

If you are a wrenching enthusiast, who has at least two years’ experience installing aftermarket accessories, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and you enjoy new, sometimes challenging experiences, this is the job for you. Must have experience with 12V and installing remote starters.
